This Commission is a digital artwork so there will be no shipping of any physical goods.

The process usually takes time between 1 week to 1 month after payment. I'll let you know if there will be a delay or any problem regarding the deadline.

Please make sure to see my portfolio before ordering. I have my color palette that I use and it might be different or alter the color from the original colors of the reference!

I prefer drawing young male/female characters.

Unless discussed before the commission started, the client is entitled to 3 major revisions on the sketch stage.

If you don’t mention any pose/expression of the character, I’ll draw them based on what I think is the best for the said character and I will not accept any revisions based on the poses or expressions. The 3 times revisions will only used for minor revisions.

When the commission has proceeded to the rendering stage, further revisions will not be accepted unless it's a minor revision.

Any major revisions requested after the work is completed (the completed file sent to the client via email) will be counted as additional service and will require additional payment.

All the prices listed for commission are for non-commercial use only.

You can discuss with me if you want to have a commercial-use piece and the commercial license document will be sent to you with the completed commission file.

For international clients, payment should be done via PayPal in USD currency

For Indonesian clients, you can pay with a local bank (BNI), OVO, or Dana.

The client should do the payment at least half of the full price to get the initial sketch done.

Full payment must be done after the fixed sketch has been approved.

The client can request to do a milestones payment should the client ask before the commission starts.

Refunds are not accepted unless the order hasn't been done at all, or I'm unable to finish your commission for any reason.

Once a commission has been ordered and paid (fully or partially), an initial sketch will be given.

Major revisions are allowed on the sketching stage.

Once the fixed sketch has been approved the client should finish the remaining amount to be paid in the invoice (if the client chooses to do the half payment in the beginning). After that, the process proceeded to the color phase.

The client is granted to revise only the color at this stage.

After the colors have been approved, the rendering will begin to finalize the commission.

Once the commission is finished, the client will receive an email that has the commission file attached.
